Saturday afternoon we headed to downtown Ridgefield for their Hometown Christmas Celebration. We saw some elves, got lots of treats and watched a band play carols, but the main event was a horse drawn carriage ride.We sat right up front by two exquisite percherons as they took us on a ride through the festivities. Seleia was quite smitten. It was in the mid-30's (which, compared to today, seems balmy!) so the weather was almost right. Now we just need a really good snowfall!!
